“Was clean and comfortable”

“Clean enough, but staff weren't helpful. Ice machines on all floors were not working. AC in our room was set to 60 but it was blowing HOT AIR when we woke up. Called so many times and there was nothing they could do about the air, couldn't even change rooms.”

“This hotel was incredibly clean and had very friendly staff. I needed to stay an extra night and they were able to accommodate me in my same room. The hotel offers plenty of parking, a restaurant, and easy access to the nearby freeways. Would definitely stay again.”

“We enjoyed our stay at The Chicago northwest Marriott last weekend. The hotel was well maintained, though my sister in law complained about water tracking from the pool (it didn’t bother me). I liked the gym ; it was clean and the treadmill was easy to use. The beds and pillows were great, and the lighting bright. Most importantly, the air conditioner worked really well. On the downside, the bathroom could have had a magnifying mirror. The gym could have offered cold water of some kind and I...

“Beautiful place and quiet”
